Santa has made a special visit to the Australian Reptile Park on the Central Coast of Australia. He dropped in to give the animals living at the park some special Christmas treats and enjoy some cuddles with the animals.

Santa loaded up his sleigh and made his way to the park where he unloaded sacks full of goodies for the animals to enjoy. From Elsa the koala to Hugo the Galapagos giant tortoise all of the animals enjoyed some goodies.

One of the most dangerous deliveries was to alligator lagoon, home to 35 feisty American alligators. Santa was brave enough to jump in to the enclosure and provide them with some snacks.

Santa joked after the experience that he wouldn’t be letting the reindeer near the lagoon before declaring the visit one of his favorite this year.

It wasn’t just the animals keen to talk to Santa. Keepers at the park also lined up to tell him what is on their list this year.

Santa laughed his jolly laugh, “I love Australian animals so much! Australia has all sorts of different and dangerous wildlife, I would have spent all day there but I have so much left I need to finish before Christmas!” but did not hesitate to jump in and get his white gloves dirty.
