This multi-award winning documentary introduces you to the story of the Lord Howe Island stick insect.

Until 2001 this species was believed extinct due to the introduction of rats to Lord Howe Island.

Follow the program from the rediscovery of this insect through to the creation of a captive breeding program and the hatching of the first nymphs.
